DrawdownIQ — Terms of Use

NovelLogic Ventures Inc.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using DrawdownIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Calculator Only — Not Financial Advice

DrawdownIQ is a standalone calculator. It does not execute trades, connect to any broker or exchange, stream live prices, or place orders. All prices and values are entered by you.

Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Calculations are estimates for planning purposes only. Always verify against your broker and prop-firm rules before trading. Trading carries a high risk of loss.

3. Subscription & Billing

DrawdownIQ offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) managed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple or Google — NovelLogic does not process or store payment information.

A free trial period may be offered. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

4. Licence

NovelLogic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DrawdownIQ for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its contents.

5. Limitation of Liability

DrawdownIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NovelLogic Ventures Inc. is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its calculations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at novellogicventures.com/terms/drawdowniq. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
