DrawdownIQ — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

DrawdownIQ is a local-first calculator. All inputs — account size, risk percentage, entry and stop-loss prices, instrument selections, and calculation history — are stored exclusively on your device using local device storage. No account is required. No data is transmitted to our servers.

If you contact us for support, we collect only the email address you provide to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Data

Calculation history and settings are retained on-device solely to improve your experience across sessions. We do not access, collect, sell, share, or transmit your financial inputs or trade data. Nothing you enter in DrawdownIQ leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Services

DrawdownIQ uses RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases. Subscription and payment data is handled by RevenueCat, Apple (App Store), and Google (Play Store) under their respective privacy policies. NovelLogic does not store payment information.

No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or data brokers are integrated in DrawdownIQ.

4. Disclosure

We do not voluntarily share data with law enforcement or third parties. In the unlikely event of a business transfer, users will be notified. Service providers (RevenueCat, Apple, Google) are subject to their own privacy obligations.

5. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Because DrawdownIQ stores no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You can clear all app data at any time by uninstalling DrawdownIQ from your device. For support inquiries, contact hello@novellogic.ca.

6. Security

All data remains on your local device and is not transmitted over any network by DrawdownIQ. Subscription transactions are secured by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat's infrastructure.

7. Children

DrawdownIQ is not intended for users under 18.

8. Changes

Policy changes will be posted at novellogicventures.com/privacy/drawdowniq. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
