DividendIQ — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using DividendIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Calculator Only — Not Financial Advice

DividendIQ is a standalone calculator. It does not connect to any brokerage or exchange, provide live market quotes, track real holdings, or execute any transaction. All prices, yields, and growth assumptions are entered by you.

Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. Projections are hypothetical estimates for planning and educational purposes only, and assume constant rates that do not reflect real market behaviour. Past performance and modelled projections do not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Investing carries risk, including possible loss of principal.

3. Subscription & Billing

DividendIQ offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) managed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple or Google — NovelLogic does not process or store payment information.

A free trial period may be offered. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

4. Licence

NovelLogic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DividendIQ for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its contents.

5. Limitation of Liability

DividendIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NovelLogic Ventures Inc. is not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, or any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its projections.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at novellogicventures.com/terms/dividendiq. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
