DrawdownIQ — Support
NovelLogic Ventures Inc.
DrawdownIQ is a position sizer and drawdown calculator for prop-firm and funded traders, on iPhone and Android. If something isn’t working, or you have a question the answers below don’t cover, email hello@novellogic.ca. It helps to include your device, the app version (in Settings) and what you were doing when it happened.
What’s free and what’s Pro?
Free for good: the position sizer, pip value and margin calculators, Prop Firm Mode with the firm presets, the share card, and the Daily Room with up to two log entries a day. Your last 10 saved calculations stay in History. Pro adds:
- Multiple accounts, so you can track several challenges at once
- The full Daily Room trade log
- Your complete calculation history
Pro is available monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
How accurate are the firm presets?
Each preset fills in a firm’s daily and maximum drawdown limits, its profit targets and, for some funded accounts, a per-trade risk cap. We check them against each firm’s own published rules, and the app shows when they were last checked. Firms change their rules often, so always confirm with your firm before you trade. The app can’t see your trading account; it works only from the numbers you enter.
Is your firm missing, or has a rule changed? Email us and we’ll look at it for the next update.
Why doesn’t the Daily Room match my firm’s dashboard?
The Daily Room resets at your phone’s midnight, and your firm may reset at its server’s midnight in another time zone. Some firms also measure the daily loss from your equity rather than your balance. The preset notes in Prop Firm Mode say how each firm measures it.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers can try the yearly plan free for one week, where their app store offers it. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends, the yearly subscription starts and renews each year until you cancel. Your app store decides who’s eligible: if you’ve subscribed to DrawdownIQ before, you’ll see regular pricing instead.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DrawdownIQ, then Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then DrawdownIQ, then Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.
I paid, but Pro isn’t unlocked
Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with, and that you’re online. Then open Settings in the app, tap Unlock Pro, and tap Restore purchases. This also works on a new phone, or after reinstalling. If Pro still doesn’t unlock, email us with roughly when you bought it and which plan.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play Store’s order history or Google Play Help. We can’t issue refunds directly, but we’re happy to help if you get stuck.
Is this trading advice?
No. DrawdownIQ is a calculator. It doesn’t place trades, connect to your broker or know your live balance, and a passing result isn’t a guarantee that a trade won’t breach your firm’s rules. You’re responsible for your own trading decisions.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you enter, including your accounts, daily log and history, stays on your phone. There’s no account to sign in to. Deleting the app deletes that data, and it can’t be recovered or moved to another device. Our privacy policy and terms of use cover the rest.
