DividendIQ — Support
NovelLogic Ventures Inc.
DividendIQ is a dividend reinvestment (DRIP) calculator for iPhone and Android. If something isn’t working, or you have a question the answers below don’t cover, email hello@novellogic.ca. It helps to include your device, the app version (in your app store’s listing) and what you were doing when it happened.
What’s free and what’s Pro?
The calculator is free for good. That includes ticker lookup, tax drag, rising contributions, the growth chart and the share card. Pro adds:
- Saved scenarios you can compare side by side
- Every income milestone (the first one is shown free)
- CSV export of the full year-by-year projection
Pro is available monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers can try the yearly plan free for one week, where their app store offers it. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends, the yearly subscription starts and renews each year until you cancel. Your app store decides who’s eligible: if you’ve subscribed to DividendIQ before, you’ll see regular pricing instead.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DividendIQ, then Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then DividendIQ, then Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.
I paid, but Pro isn’t unlocked
Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with, and that you’re online. Then tap any locked Pro feature to open the upgrade screen, and tap Restore purchases. This also works on a new phone, or after reinstalling. If Pro still doesn’t unlock, email us with roughly when you bought it and which plan.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play Store’s order history or Google Play Help. We can’t issue refunds directly, but we’re happy to help if you get stuck.
Where does the ticker data come from?
DividendIQ includes about 100 popular US and Canadian dividend stocks and ETFs. Prices, yields, payout frequency and dividend growth are a snapshot, refreshed every quarter, and the app shows the date of the snapshot. Picking a ticker only fills in those fields, and you can change any of them. Share-price growth is always your own assumption.
Is a ticker you want missing? Email us the symbol and we’ll consider it for the next refresh.
Is this investment advice?
No. DividendIQ is an educational tool. Its projections are hypothetical and assume your growth rates stay the same every year, which real investments don’t. A ticker in the app is not a recommendation to buy it.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you enter, including saved scenarios, stays on your phone. There’s no account. Deleting the app deletes that data, and it can’t be recovered or moved to another device. Our privacy policy explains the small amount of anonymous usage and crash data the app sends, and our terms of use cover the rest.
